Job Title: Sr. WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer

Location: Will be onsite 4 days a week in Michigan

Our Company is seeking a Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer to join our ATLAS program team.

This is a critical role supporting the deployment and ongoing configuration of enterprise workforce management solutions for over 55000 employees across the United States and Canada.

The ideal candidate brings multiple years of direct hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) configuration experience and holds a current WorkForce Software certification.

Design build and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements across the ATLAS program

Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules including Time and Attendance Scheduling Absence Case Tracking Reporting and Integrations

Partner with HR Payroll Operations and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations

Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues ensuring system stability and data integrity

Support testing validation and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves

Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada

Document configuration standards processes and change history

Provide post-deployment support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WorkForce Software functionality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR IT Manufacturing Operations and Finance

Multiple years of direct hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience

Current WorkForce Software certification

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic deadline-driven environments

Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between configuration work and business problem-solving
