Job Summary

AsSr. Vice President of Operations you will be accountable for operational delivery financial performance and growth acrossMetroStarsDefenseportfolio. What youll do:

  • Own operational delivery and P&L performance across the portfolio including budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
  • Lead and developsector VPs program and project managers and technical leaders responsible for delivering best-in-class IT services.
  • Establish and execute operational strategies aligned withMetroStarsstrategic goals and growth objectives.
  • Recruit mentor and retain high-performing leaders while fostering accountability professional growth and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with program leaders and customers to improve service delivery strengthen performance and create client delight.

What youll need to succeed:

  • 15 years of federal IT services leadership experience including significant experience in an Operations Director Vice President or senior program leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success leading a portfolio of at least$50M in annual revenue and200 employees.
  • Experience delivering large-scale IT programs across multiple federal agencies or components; experience supporting the Intelligence Community is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ownership of operational delivery portfolio financial performance and P&L.
  • Experience leading coaching and developing program managers and project managers.
  • Strong understanding of business development capture and proposal development.
  • Executive-level communication skills and experience engaging senior government stakeholders.
  • A clear leadership philosophy and an entrepreneurial drive to build and grow a business.
  • ActiveTop Secretsecurity clearance withability obtain an SCI

Salary Range: $250000 - $300000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

  • The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
