Were looking for a Senior Transportation Engineer to lead roadway design and plan development for a variety of transportation infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to step into a senior-level role where youll have a direct impact on project quality mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead roadway design efforts for transportation infrastructure projects
- Oversee project design plan production and quantity calculations
- Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff
- Coordinate across disciplines to keep projects on schedule and maintain quality
- Support project management activities and contribute to business development efforts
- 8 years of roadway design experience including strong corridor modeling experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with SCDOT plan production and quantity calculations
- Proficiency with MicroStation / GEOPAK including corridor modeling
- Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) preferred
- Experience with MOT Drainage PMP and Signing is a plus
