Sr. Technical Program Manager, AI Enablement

The Apps team is seeking a high-energy and ambitious Technical Program Manager to drive program strategy and delivery of the organizations internal AI enablement and optimization initiatives. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and is committed to delivering outstanding products for our organization. As a member of our dynamic team this position requires an individual who understands software development and AI/ML technologies and who can translate engineering and quality priorities into roadmaps partnering with Engineering QA and stakeholder teams to sequence work and communicate progress across our internal AI initiatives.

Drive program strategy and end-to-end delivery of internal AI enablement and optimization initiativesnTranslate engineering and quality priorities into roadmaps in partnership with Engineering QA and stakeholder teamsnSequence work and communicate progress of internal AI initiatives across the organizationnManage cross-functional relationships and navigate delivery dependencies for engineering teamsnApply Agile software development practices to manage projects through a full lifecyclenDeconstruct complex problems resolve conflicts and lead teams to solutions using analytical and critical thinkingnFilter and distill meaningful information to the appropriate audiences across the organizationnEvangelize AI enablement initiatives and prioritize competing demands across stakeholder groups

5 years of recent experience in Engineering Project Management driving AI/ML technology projectsn1 years of experience leading AI/ML-adjacent projects and optimization initiativesnEngineering and quality-aware program management backgroundnStrong cross-functional communication prioritization and evangelism skillsnDemonstrated delivery of technologies and services through a full project lifecycle with experience managing projects using Agile software developmentnProven track record supporting engineering teams building and managing cross-functional relationships and navigating delivery dependenciesnVersatile problem solver with a strong analytical approach to complex challenges adept at creative and critical thinking able to deconstruct problems resolve conflicts and lead teams to solutionsnSelf-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientationnExcellent interpersonal skills including the ability to filter and distill meaningful information for the right audiencenBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology Business Management or a related field or we may consider an equivalent industry experience
