Job Summary

Job Title: Sr. Tax Manager
Locations: Dallas TX 75254 and San Francisco TX 94104 (Hybrid)
Compensation: $180k - $250k Base Bonus

Note: Client is looking someone who have Top 20 public accounting experience with handling HNW/UHNW Businesses.

Responsibility:

Sophisticated founder-owned business and HNW client base
Strong mix of tax planning advisory entity structuring and compliance
Opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to business owners rather than simply preparing returns
High-growth technology-forward environment with strong long-term upside
Collaborative culture with reasonably busy season hours (50 60 max)
Direct exposure to leadership including a former EY Partner who has helped scale multiple multi-billion-dollar companies

Required Qualification:

CPA required
7 years of public accounting experience serving business owners entrepreneurs and closely held businesses
Experience across both tax compliance strategic planning and proactive advisory work
Comfortable owning client relationships independently
Experience with modern tax planning technology is a plus
