Sr Sourcing Recruiter, ADC

As a Sr Sourcing Recruiter for Amazons Dedicated Cloud Region Services Recruiting team youll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top technical talent. Youll leverage advanced sourcing strategies and tools to build robust talent pipelines for cloud computing and infrastructure roles. Working closely with hiring managers youll understand technical requirements and evaluate candidates effectively. The ideal candidate combines technical recruiting expertise with strong analytical skills and knowledge of cloud technologies. Success in this role requires excellent communication abilities data-driven decision-making and experience with modern sourcing techniques and platforms.



Key job responsibilities
* Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing software development and infrastructure roles
* Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow and other technical platforms
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
* Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture
* Screen and evaluate candidates qualifications against role requirements
* Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health
* Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy
* Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences

- 5 years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience

- Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition ideally diversity recruiting research or analytics
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
