Role: Sr. ServiceNow QA Test Lead

Location: Cedar Rapids IA 6400 C Street Southwest 52404 (Remote Position)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

• 5 years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
• 2 years serving as a Test Lead or QA Lead.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in a testing administration implementation or development roles.
• Experience testing ServiceNow solutions beyond an end-user capacity.

Additional Skills:

• Strong experience with test planning regression testing integration testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defect management and Agile delivery
• methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) including Project Portfolio Management Demand Management Resource
• Management Financial Management Project Workspace and Time Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience developing and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades and large-scale platform implementations.
