Sr. SCADA Organization & Change Management Analyst (100 Remote)

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in organizational change management business process transformation or operational consulting with a significant portion in utility or energy sector environments
• Demonstrated experience working within NERC-regulated utility environments with a solid understanding of reliability standards compliance obligations and operational governance
• Familiarity with the governance and operational requirements of government-owned or government-controlled utilities
• Proven ability to lead OCM initiatives including stakeholder engagement communications planning training development and adoption measurement
• Deep expertise in utility operations and business processes including control room operations SCADA/EMS systems or grid operations
• Experience conducting current-state assessments and developing future-state operating models
• Strong facilitation communication and executive-level presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a complex matrixed organization
• Must be able to obtain and pass required background screening (including applicable government/utility security clearance requirements).
