Job Summary

The Opportunity

Join Adobe as a Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst and be at the forefront of building our sales strategy and motion for our AI-first emerging solutions and innovation. You will collaborate across Product Marketing Operations Finance and Sales to build a repeatable baseline motion so our innovation can reach scale. You will partner closely with sales leaders to evaluate messaging product readiness ecosystem and sales execution gaps developing plans and benchmarks to drive toward success. You will be pivotal in advancing the GTM of this solution group and integrating AI efficiency into our sales operations.

What youll Do

  • Use strong business judgment toconduct analysis on solution performancepartner with sales leaders to build solution-specific action plans to ensure we meet our company goals and driveaccountability for execution.
  • Own the cadence and run the business for your solution group focusing on flawless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Adobes business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and achieve world-class results.
  • Identify manage and resolve operational challenges efficiently ensuring smooth sales operations.
  • Successfully implement AI efficiency and infrastructure to streamline current sales operations processes.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$220650 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California the pay range for this position is $152400 - $220650

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
