Senior Resident Services Coordinator

Schochet is seeking an experiencedSenior Resident Services Coordinatorto join our team atPlumley Village in Worcester MA. This role provides leadership in resident services while helping individuals and families access resources overcome barriers and build greater stability and independence. Plumley Village is a 400 Multifamily apartment community in Worcester MA.

The Senior RSC will build trusted relationships with residents coordinate services advocate for individuals and families develop community partnerships and create programs that promote wellness engagement and connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess resident needs provide referrals coordinate services and follow up on outcomes.
  • Support residents with housing stability benefits employment education food assistance healthcare mental health and aging-in-place resources.
  • Advocate for residents and help resolve complex challenges and barriers.
  • Develop relationships with nonprofits agencies service providers and community partners.
  • Plan and coordinate educational wellness and community engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with property management volunteers and Resident Services staff.
  • Provide leadership mentoring and support to Resident Services colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while protecting resident confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • 35 years of experiencein resident services social services case management or a related field
  • Bachelors degree in Social Work Human Services Community Development or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals and families with diverse and/or complex needs
  • Strong knowledge of community resources and social service systems
  • Excellent communication advocacy organization and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing programs and community partnerships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Prior mentoring or leadership experience preferred
