Job Description:
The Client is Seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise application transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in enterprise application technologies mainframe systems solution architecture and business analysis. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders technical teams and executive leadership while driving successful delivery of project objectives.
Required Experience:
10 years of experience leading large enterprise software projects.
Strong knowledge of technologies and application architecture.
Strong knowledge of mainframe environments and enterprise legacy applications.
Prior experience as a developer technical lead solution architect or engineering manager.
Experience managing vendor-led delivery teams.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and engineering tools.
Core Responsibilities:
Own technical delivery across all workstreams.
Drive alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
Review architecture design development testing deployment and knowledge transfer deliverables.
Identify technical dependencies constraints and execution gaps.
Evaluate technical deliverables for quality completeness and maintainability.
Coordinate activities across business technical and vendor teams.
Establish acceptance criteria and delivery readiness standards.
Provide executive-level status reporting and decision support.
