Key job responsibilities
Define the needs of the business in partnership with HRBPs business leaders and peer leadership development leaders
Creatively design and deliver leadership development programs for several core Amazon businesses
Evaluate current programs for effectiveness and relevancy and develop a roadmap for iteration deprecation and/or creation of future programs.
Raise the bar on our training experiences by measuring the impact and seeking customer feedback to determine areas for improvement

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Instructional Systems Design Adult Learning Learning & Development HR or a related discipline
- Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders
- Experience using business metrics and training data to track trend and manage the impact of training efforts
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices
- PhD or Masters degree
- Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Demonstrated proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
