Overview

This role is part of a high-impact finance team that supports business and operational decision-making through strong financial analysis reporting and cross-functional partnership. The position focuses on inventory management balancesheetand P&L reviews and the delivery of financial insights that improve profitability and business performance.

This role requires initiative sound judgment and the ability to turn analysis into results by influencingcrossfunctionalpartners across operations supply chain and business management. Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes including variance analysis and executive-level reporting

• Lead inventory analytics across multiple inventory typesidentifyingtrends risks and financial impacts

• Own inventory-related financial reporting and partner with operational teams to ensure accuracy and execution

• Perform detailed financial analysis and provide clear commentary for finance and non-finance leaders

• Analyze product and portfolio performance including margin trends and lifecycle performance

• Support pricing cost and margin discussions through data-driven analysis

• Forecast and help deliver predictable financial results through disciplined planning and tracking

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and business initiatives

• Lead or contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives

• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support management requests and business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field

• Candidates witha combination ofaccounting and finance background are preferred

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis accounting or related roles

• Strong analytical modeling and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences

• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment is a plus
