Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use easilymaintainedandhighly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of allproduct technologydiscoveryand design work.

As the RiskGovernance& Activation Senior Product Manager you will lead the strategy and execution of products that help Targetidentify prioritize and respond to its most significant strategic financial operational and compliance risks. You will create intelligent data-driven experiences that enable leaders across the enterprise to understand emerging risks make informed decisions and drive coordinated action.

Partnering closely with Enterprise Risk Management technology analytics and business leaders you will define and deliver capabilities that strengthen Targets enterprise risk framework and decision-making processes. Your work willleverageinternal and external intelligence sources advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions to transform complex risk signals into actionable insights. Through your leadership you will help build the next generation of risk intelligence products that enhance organizational resilience improve risk visibility and enable proactive management of the issues that matter most to Targets business and stakeholders.

As aSenior Product Manageryou will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy related roadmap and set key businessobjectives(OKRs) for your respective product.You will need toleveragethe knowledge of your product as well as customerfeedbackandestablishother relevant data points to assess value develop business cases and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers UX designers datascientistsand business partners to deliver a product.

You will be the voice of the product to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the marketmaintaina product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes epics and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals andhigh standardsof performance while committing to the organizations direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:

  • Four-year degreeor equivalent experience

  • 6 years of product management experience

  • Productdomain experienceinrisk management

  • Experience withrisk governance intelligence or reputation management

  • Experience with technology and ability tofacilitatecommunication between business and technology teams

  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g.user stories iterative developmentscrum teams sprints personas)

  • Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners

  • Strong communicationskills

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
