Sr. Procure to Pay Analyst

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented P2P Analyst to support and enhance end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness efficiency and control integrity of the entire P2P lifecyclefrom requisition through ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the P2P control framework driving process standardization improving data visibility and partnering cross-functionally with Procurement Finance and Operations to reduce risk and optimize Responsibilities:P2P Controls & Compliance:Lead the end-to-end P2P control program including control monitoring and remediation; Ensure compliance with internal policies SOX requirements and audit standards.P2P Data Metrics & Reporting:Develop and deliver P2P performance and control metrics; Build analyze and distribute periodic P2P reports; Perform periodic reconciliations including GR/IR Supply Chain Financing and Virtual Card -to-End P2P Process Support: Partner with Procurement Finance and Operations to support upstream and downstream P2P processes identify inefficiencies and drive standardization across the Improvement:Support transformation and automation initiatives acting as a P2P SME to improve system performance process efficiency and data Management:Resolve complex invoice and PO issues; Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective :Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Accounting Finance or a related experience in procurement accounts payable or a similar of controls governance and audit analytical and problem-solving in Microsoft communication and interpersonal to detail and a high level of to work independently and as part of a to work autonomously under minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications:Experience building and publishing Power BI building data models and combining data from multiple working with offshore with SAP ECC or S4 with SAP with OpenText :Attention to detailProcess improvementData analyticsEffective communicationThe base salary rate for this role is $69100 to $103700 annually.
