Job Purpose:
- The Payroll Reporting Analyst is responsible for the design development maintenance and analysis of payroll-related reports dashboards and data insights that support payroll operations compliance finance human resources and payroll leadership. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring payroll data accuracy identifying trends and anomalies supporting audits and providing actionable reporting to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making.
- The ideal candidate combines payroll knowledge analytical expertise and technical reporting capabilities to transform complex payroll data into meaningful business insights while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Your tasks:
Payroll Reporting & Analytics
- Develop maintain and automate standard and ad hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze payroll data and work with payroll leadership to identify trends discrepancies compliance risks and operational improvement opportunities.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Prepare recurring payroll metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll reporting requests.
Data Integrity & Validation
- Conduct payroll data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness in multiple payroll and HRIS systems.
- Validate payroll employee data through reporting analysis between multiple HR and Payroll Systems.
- Investigate and resolve payroll data discrepancies in partnership with Payroll HR Finance and IT teams.
- Monitor reporting controls and assists in implementing processes that improve data quality.
Compliance & Audit Support
- Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll documentation and reports.
- Ensure payroll reporting complies with federal state and local regulations as well as company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and payroll information.
- Assist with year-end payroll reporting activities and regulatory filings.
- Identify opportunities and partner with payroll leadership to streamline payroll reporting processes through automation and technology solutions.
- Partner with Payroll Operations HRIS Timekeeping and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Participate in payroll system implementations upgrades testing and reporting enhancements.
- Document reporting processes business requirements and data definitions.

Job Description
In this this role you will perform standard tasks to establish and maintain payroll records including computing wage and overtime payments calculating and recording payroll deductions and processing requests for off-cycle responsibilities and qualifications include:
Inputs data to computerized payroll systems to prepare weekly and biweekly payroll including updating and adjusting employee master file records upon notice of changes to deductions or status.
Completes standard payroll processing activities such as:computes wage and overtime payments calculates and records payroll deductions and processes requests for off-cycle payments.
Answers routine questions (via email and phone) from employees and management regarding payroll matters.
Performs standard administrative tasks including answering phones preparing reports maintaining records and tracking information using case management tool.
Audits and processes payroll information submitted by Business Partners for accuracy policy compliance and completeness.
Creates manual checks and tracks paycheck shipments.
Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data.
Required Education and Experience
5-7 years of experience in payroll multi-state payroll processing preferred
Working knowledge ofpayroll practices including local state and federal policies and regulations
Functional knowledge of automated large scale payroll application like ADP ProBusiness.
Bi-Lingual in Spanish preferred
