Job Title: Sr Microsoft 365 Administrator / Engineer

CEDAR RAPIDS IA 52499 (Hybrid)

The Microsoft 365 Administrator/Engineer is responsible for the design administration security and support of Microsoft 365 services with a strong focus on identity access management and modern workplace technologies. This role manages Entra ID Conditional Access authentication Zero Trust security controls Intune device management and application registrations while supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity solutions.

Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Azure AD Connect and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Experience with Conditional Access authentication methods and Zero Trust frameworks.

Knowledge of Microsoft Defender security operations and penetration testing concepts.

Experience managing Intune and mobile device management (MDM).

Proficiency with Azure Automation Runbooks Microsoft Graph and PowerShell.

Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot Studio Copilot Chat (Cowork) Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.

Ability to collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Preferred:

Experience working with modern AI automation and productivity solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Strong troubleshooting engineering and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have:

Understanding of Information Barriers data segregation and regulatory compliance requirements.

Experience supporting mergers acquisitions divestitures and tenant separation activities.
