Sr Mfg Engineering Technician

In this role you will impact the efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise and hands-on support to engineering projects and production processes contributing to Honeywells commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

• Support manufacturing engineering projects by conducting tests collecting data and analyzing results to improve manufacturing processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production quality and design to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and process improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering or technician roles in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes fixture/tooling design quality control and process improvement techniques.
• Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools manufacturing equipment and basic troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience with CAD software preferably AutoCAD Inventor.
• Experience with CAM software preferably Mastercam
• Ability to read blueprints with tolerancing and GD&T
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to safety quality and operational excellence.
