In this role you will impact the efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise and hands-on support to engineering projects and production processes contributing to Honeywells commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing engineering projects by conducting tests collecting data and analyzing results to improve manufacturing processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production quality and design to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and process improvements.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering or technician roles in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes fixture/tooling design quality control and process improvement techniques.
- Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools manufacturing equipment and basic troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with CAD software preferably AutoCAD Inventor.
- Experience with CAM software preferably Mastercam
- Ability to read blueprints with tolerancing and GD&T
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to safety quality and operational excellence.

- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics.
- Advanced technical degrees or certifications in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement and professional growth.
