Your Responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator:

• Work alongsideourWoburn-based Marketing team in pursuit of new work with an emphasis onprojects in the northeastern United States.
• Assistwith the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications andhelp withgo/no-go discussions
• Lead proposal plan preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions
• Develop compelling firm qualifications proposals and presentation materialsin support of Apexs business initiatives. Includeslayout writing and coordination.
• Assistwith the writing cataloging and updating of projectmaterials such asprofiles team resumes and client references.
• Produce proposals in person as needed from the Woburn MA office.
• Travel to client locations to deliver proposalsas needed.
• Supportspecialeventsand trade showson occasion.
• Performtasks to ensure the quality of Marketing materials such as proofreading aesthetics and compliance reviews.
• Update theclientrelationship management (CRM) systemand related databases.
• Fulfill otherMarketingtasks as needed.

What were looking for:

• Degree certification or equivalent experience in communications marketing business English journalism or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketer in the architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry or other professional services fields.
• Proficiencyin AdobeInDesignandMicrosoft Office.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent writing and copyediting capabilities
• Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Highly motivated willing to be part of our Apex team and enhance our marketing efforts
• Ability totravel to theoffice inWoburn MA for proposal production and to client locations for proposal delivery.
• Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion.
• Valid drivers license safe drivinghistoryand reliable transportation.
