What You Can Expect

What Youll Do

Program Operations & Governance

  • Oversee end-to-end daily operations of corporate card provisioning and lifecycle management expense reconciliation travel booking platforms and the executive travel program.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for our global TMC partners and other travel & expense vendors managing SLAs contract compliance and ongoing performance.
  • Establish and enforce program controls audit processes and global reimbursement standards that balance compliance with a frictionless employee experience.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex card expense and travel issues resolving them efficiently and using patterns to drive systemic improvement.

Transformation & Modernization

  • Develop and execute a multi-year T&E transformation roadmap rationalizing platforms automating workflows and eliminating manual processes drawing on proven experience modernizing programs at prior companies.
  • Lead evaluation and selection of next-generation T&E technologies including AI-enabled expense automation touchless audit controls and integrated booking tools.
  • Drive change management and adoption strategies that ensure employees and approvers embrace new tools and updated policies at a global scale.

Data Analytics & Benchmarking

  • Own T&E program analytics build dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface spend trends policy compliance category performance and savings opportunities.
  • Benchmark Marvells program against industry best practices and peer companies; translate findings into a compelling narrative for leadership that drives prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Define and track KPIs across all program dimensions: cost efficiency traveler satisfaction compliance rates and vendor performance.

Employee Experience & Policy

  • Lead a comprehensive rewrite of Marvells global travel policy simplifying language aligning with market norms and reflecting the needs of a global hybrid workforce.
  • Champion the employee experience across every T&E touchpoint: booking expense submission reimbursement and traveler support.
  • Build feedback mechanisms to continuously capture employee sentiment and surface actionable improvements.

Finance & Accounting Partnership

  • Partner closely with the Accounting team to drive synergy across T&E operations and financial close processes ensuring accurate expense accruals timely reconciliations and clean audit trails.
  • Align T&E reporting with corporate financial systems and month-end close requirements in collaboration with Finance leadership.
  • Support internal and external audit processes with thorough well-documented T&E program records and data.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 812 years of progressive experience in corporate travel T&E management corporate card programs or related finance operations.
  • Demonstrated track record of transforming and modernizing T&E programs at a mid-to-large enterprise youve done it before and can articulate the approach the obstacles and the outcomes.
  • Experience managing global TMC relationships and multi-region travel programs.
  • Prior experience supporting executive travel programs with the discretion and responsiveness that entails.
  • Background working in close partnership with Accounting or Finance teams in a cross-functional or shared-services model.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn T&E data into a story for operational teams and executive audiences alike.
  • Deep familiarity with T&E platforms (e.g. SAP Concur Navan/TripActions Emburse Brex) and corporate card programs (e.g. Citi Amex Visa).
  • Proven ability to write clear practical travel policy that employees actually follow.
  • Strong project management and change management skills; comfortable leading programs across multiple geographies and business units.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills equally effective presenting to a CFO and resolving a travelers urgent booking issue.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Hospitality or a related field required.
  • MBA CPA CTP or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

133500 - 200000 $ per annum

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
