DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager Int/Ext Reports Modelslocatedin Raynham MA West Chester Pennsylvania and Raritan NJ United States.
This roleis a senior leadership position responsible for thestrategy governance and delivery of internal and external reporting and analytical modelsthat support business performance compliance and executive decisionmaking. The Sr. Manager will play a critical role in ensuring reporting accuracy consistency and transparency while advancing scalable forwardlooking analytics that inform strategic priorities across DePuy Synthes. This position offers the opportunity to influence how data and insights are used across the organization during a period of transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development and ongoing governance ofinternal and external reporting frameworks ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Oversee the creation and maintenance offinancial operational and analytical modelsthat support forecasting planning and strategic decisionmaking.
Partner crossfunctionally with Finance Commercial Supply Chain andTechnology teams to align reporting outputs with businessobjectivesand stakeholder needs.
Translate complex data into clear executiveready insights and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Establish and enforce data quality standards controls and documentation to ensure auditready reporting and sustainable processes.
Drive continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities to streamline reporting processes automate workflows and enhance analytical capabilities.
Lead coach and develop a team of professionals fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Education
Required:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Analytics ora relatedfield.
Preferred:Masters degree (MBA MS in Analytics Finance or similar).
Experience and Skills
Required:
Typically810 yearsof progressive experienceinreporting analytics financial modeling or a related discipline withdemonstratedleadership responsibility.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret large complex data sets.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage priorities and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Preferred:
Experience supportingregulated or publiccompany reporting environments.
Advancedproficiencywith reporting visualization and modeling tools (e.g. BI platforms financial planning systems).
Proven experience delivering executivelevel internal and external reports in a complex matrixed organization.
Experience driving process standardization and automation initiatives.
Prior experience within MedTech healthcare or a similarly regulated industry.
Other:
Language: Englishproficiency.
Travel: Up to10% domestic travelmay be.
Certifications: CPA CFA or similar certificationspreferred but not.
