TheSeniorManageronStrivesPerformance Team will work cross-functionally tosupport data-driven decision-makingstrategy development and executionaround total cost of care(TCOC)reduction. This role works closely with clinical financialtechnologyand operational leaders toestablishgovernance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation adoption and benefits must be entrepreneurial solution-focused and highly be a curious self-starter who is excited about the prospect ofidentifyingopportunities and designing solutions to advance the role will report totheSeniorDirectorOperations.
The Day to Day
- Build subject matterexpertiseinkeyreporting toolsand data sourcesthat informStrivesperformance metrics delivering visibility to company-wide performance results through clean intuitive reporting.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly toStrivesleadersidentifyingareas of success opportunities for improvement and potential as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals.
- Developstandards and processes that facilitateStrivespriority and strategy setting.
- SupportTCOCprocess andperformance reviewswithregionalclinical and operational leaders.
- Support the governance structure operating cadence and program management processes for Strives enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate execution across major workstreams including clinical model evolution technology modernization workforce transition product and customer experience changes and reporting and analytics modernization.
- Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strives mission and priorities.
- Work with business owners toidentifyandvalidatevalue performanceandgoalsfor new projects and investments.
- Create presentations and provide analytical supportfor internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings.
- Meetin personwith internaland/orexternal stakeholders tofacilitateteam and businesspriorities/opportunities.Business travel may berequiredfor opportunities to connect with stakeholders serve patients and attend Strive-sponsored team events.
MinimumQualifications
- Bachelors degreein business administration or relevant fields.
- 5 years ofrelevantexperience
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionallywith Operations and Finance functions
- 2 yearsofexperience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above
- 2 yearsofexperience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders including Executives
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms
- Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the US healthcare system with focus on Value-Based Care.
- Management Consulting experience.

Annual Base Salary Range: $108500 - $136000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15%
Final compensation will be determined based on location experience and qualifications.
