Job Summary
Sr. Maintenance Supervisor
Location: St. Louis MO US
The Senior Supervisor Maintenance is a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring the reliability safety and performance of all site equipment and maintenance operations at the St. Louis TTH site. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians drives preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and partners with engineering and operations to optimize up time reduce costs and enable safe efficient production
Your key responsibilities
- Supervise coach and develop maintenance technicians; drive accountability and performance
- Lead daily maintenance activities including corrective preventive and predictive maintenance
- Partner with Maintenance Planner to prioritize work orders and optimize schedules. Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory requirements
- Track and manage KPIs such as uptime PM completion and backlog. Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with Production Quality and Engineering teams

You bring
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering Maintenance or related field preferred.
- 58 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning
- Strong leadership and team development skills along with Problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to safety and operational excellence
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicants job-related skills experience relevant education or training and primary work location. Salary range: $100000-$110000.
