Sr, Maintenance Operations Manager

In this role you willoversee facilities maintenance programs preventive maintenance initiatives capital improvement projects compliance activities emergency response procedures and operational support services across multiple company locations. We rely on this role to lead cross-functional partnerships develop high-performing teams manage budgets and vendor relationships and ensure our facilities operate at the highest standards of safety reliability and efficiency. Heres What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration Engineering Construction Management Operations Management or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of seven years (7) in facilities maintenance facilities operations maintenance administration or similar experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years of leadership supervisory or management experience within facilities maintenance or operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing fire/life safety and general facilities operations.
• Experience managing third-party contractors service providers vendor relationships and facility-related projects.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as eMaint along with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA building code fire code and safety compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership communication problem-solving customer service and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
