Last Mile Operationsat Targetis responsible formoving E-Commerce shipments from our unique Omnichannel fulfillment network to our Guests homes as well as supporting the growth of a variety of digital marketplace strategies. Target continues to focus on ways to increase speed to guests enable new digital capabilities and drive top line growth for the transportation of a large scale distributed network with high volumes means simultaneous attention to day-to-day detail as well as the ability to step back and think strategically to drive change within Target and with our carriers to provide a best-in-class Guest experience.

As aSr. Logistics Analyst you will manage strategies that support guest delivery experience sales and profitabilityobjectivesthroughbothTarget Last Mile Delivery and Same Day chain performance using data and metricsandperform complex data analysistoidentifytheroot cause of willdemonstrateintellectual curiosity streamlining and simplifying complex business processes through technology innovation and developing solutions that will require working with both internal and external partners across operations product safety legal and other critical will advocate for decisions based on what is good for Target holistically and act as agents for change instead of accepting the status you willbe responsible forsupporting dailyoperationsacrossTargetssortationcenterand storesnetworkand working with carriers to support planning and will require working across multiple teams and driving clear andtimelycommunication with key partners.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years operational management experience

• Experience influencing upwards and presenting to leadership (Director Senior Director VP levels)

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills

• Data-driven approach to problem solving

• Proventrack recordof taking ownership and driving results

• Can make decisions with little to no guidance from manager or other leaders

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Time management skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in distribution or transportation

• Expertisein SQL ETL and BI (Tableau Domo etc.) experience in a large-scale complex business environment

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
