Role: - Sr. Kronos Consultant
Location: - Washington -DC(Hybrid)
Duration: - Long term contract

• Provide production support activities through planned releases break-fix resolution and emergency situations.
• Be a configuration resource in one or more of the UKG applications based on business requirements.
• Assist business functional and technical team members with problem resolution.
• Write functional specifications; works closely with technical resources to coordinate development and testing of system changes
• Maintain documentation in knowledge repository.
• Support several business processes of various complexities.
• Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering analyzing documenting and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advises on options.
• Provide factual content to feasibility study for development projects and enhancements requests.
• Develop write and communicate business requirements for the implementation of business solutions.
• Procure technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
• Assist in the development of user test cases and validates test results during user acceptance testing.
• Assist in the development of user manuals and may assist in user training.
• Investigate resolve and escalate problems.
• Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote an understanding of IT roles processes and activities to the business units.
• Support and participate in the formal reporting of project status.
• Mentor other team members.
