Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesAdminister and support Microsoft Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating Microsoft Active Directory environments including Group Policy and maintain virtualized infrastructure platforms including VMware and manage and support enterprise storage solutions and disk storage and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions ensuring data integrity and business troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure performance across servers storage networking and cloud technical leadership and infrastructure expertise for business and IT and maintain network infrastructure including Cisco Meraki network maintain and update infrastructure architecture documentation diagrams standards and operating Tier III support for critical incidents including participation in on-call support rotations and after-hours with third-party vendors to ensure service and support expectations are MDF/IDF environments including racking stacking hardware installations inventory management and environmental duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and 10 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure 10 years of experience managing data center MDF/IDF and infrastructure hardware experience with Microsoft Windows Server experience supporting virtualization technologies such as VMware and understanding of networking storage backup and disaster recovery pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsTechnical certifications in Microsoft VMware Azure AWS Cisco NetApp or related infrastructure managing enterprise cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and/or supporting SAP infrastructure with Cohesity Rubrik or similar appliance-based backup administering Cisco Call Manager Cisco WebEx or VoIP Skills Abilities & CompetenciesExpert-level proficiency in three or more of the following areas: Windows Server Operating SystemsLinux/Unix Operating SystemsAzure and AWS Cloud TechnologiesEnterprise Networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless)Storage Technologies (NetApp preferred)Microsoft 365 AdministrationBackup and Disaster Recovery TechnologiesSAP Infrastructure SupportVoIP Systems AdministrationStrong problem-solving and analytical to work in a high-stress -oriented and able to work approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the to understand processes (system and non-system) troubleshoot develop and recommend working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
