Sr. HR Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Operations & Human Resources to oversee office administration operational functions and human resources initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all HR functions including employee benefits performance management policy administration compliance and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement programs and oversee day-to-day office and people management activities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations labor laws and immigration requirements.
• Manage facilities support internal and external audits and coordinate corporate events and special initiatives.
• Provide operational and HR support for both V2Soft and the affiliated distillery business owned by the CEO.

• 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Operations including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance employment laws HR policies benefits administration and employee relations.
• Solid understanding of U.S. labor and immigration regulations.
• Excellent communication organizational problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree required; HR certification (SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR) strongly preferred.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively balance strategic HR initiatives with operational excellence while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
