REMOTE ON THE EAST COAST
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage overall HR processes metrics and policies
- Manage and resolve employee issues
- Extensive knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and employee management
- Provide counseling coaching career development and any disciplinary actions
- Position has responsibilities at multiple locations and states in the East Coast area
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field with SHRM or PHR preferred
- 5 years experience in an HRBP or similar role in a large manufacturing/distribution facility (preferred but not required)
- Extensive HR regulations and law knowledge
- Office Proficiency
- HRIS knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel 25% of time
