Reports to:Sr. Director Finance
The Role
We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to be a key member and strong contributor toward scaling our Corporate FP&A capabilities and lead business partnership across our G&A functions. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior management that requires the ability to dive deep while operating strategically to support and enable Nexs mission and long term goals.
What Youll Do
- Build comprehensive financial models that span investment cases strategic planning and cost of capital considerations.
- Design new financial and management reporting that effectively measures our KPIs business and financial performance.
- Manage the G&A functions annual budgeting recurring forecasts and long-range planning processes including variance analysis operational support and ad hoc modeling.
- Identify and reach alignment with G&A stakeholders on key performance indicators that drive financial ownership visibility and operational efficiency.
- Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence resource and capital allocation decisions more effectively.
- Partner and support business case development on investment proposals and facilitate through the approval decision process.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- 4 years of experience with 2-3 years in investment banking private equity or corporate finance
- Strong proficiency with financial modeling and investment evaluation
- Excel / Google Sheets expertise; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g. Netsuite Adaptive Anaplan etc.) preferred.
- Excellent analytical communication and presentation skillsyou can turn complex data into actionable insights
