Job Summary
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group (THOfNE) is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support business planning forecasting strategic initiatives and financial analysis across the organization.
Healthcare Finance experience is preferred.
This position is located in Hartford CT. Hybrid working schedule available. Availability to work onsite is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate business plans financial models and growth opportunities.
- Support quarterly and annual forecasting budgeting and strategic financial planning.
- Analyze financial and operational performance identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Partner with operational leaders on key initiatives and performance benchmarking.
- Prepare reports track key metrics and support special projects for Finance Leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- 4 years of healthcare finance or financial planning experience preferred.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Axiom Quick Base or similar financial planning tools is a plus.
- Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks
