Our Global Facilities Space Planning team is looking for the right teammate to support occupancy data for all our global sites. As a Sr. Systems Analyst you will be responsible for pulling data metrics monthly transforming data into visuals and office space planning. lace

Where you come in:

• Develop maintain and enhance space utilization dashboards (badge sensor occupancy data).
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for capacity planning realestate strategy and workplace design.
• Support longrange planning through headcount modeling space optimization and forecasting.
• Create operational dashboards that track maintenance vendor performance and facility health.
• Partner with Facilities IT HR and Workplace teams to align insights with business needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership with clear datadriven narratives.
• Accurate dashboards used as the organizations primary source of truth.
• Improved space efficiency and informed planning decisions.
• Strong crossfunctional alignment through clear and consistent reporting.

What makes you successful:

• 5 years in facilities management workplace operations corporate real estate or analytics.
• Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard tools (Power BI Tableau etc.).
• Experience with utilization data (badge sensors reservation platforms).
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS and workplace technology systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business decisions.

Preferred

• Experience in occupancy planning or portfolio strategy.
• Exposure to data automation or systems integration.
