Senior Electrical Engineer - Tennessee

Role and Responsibilities:
Project Management: Manage multiple projects and work with an internal MEP/FP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing/Fire Protection) team.
Business Development: Involves understanding and participating in business development activities including developing strategies to secure new work.

Independent and Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Technical Knowledge: Expertise in electrical engineering principles especially in building construction.
Communication Skills: Effective communication both written and oral is essential.
Motivation and Proactivity: Highly motivated individuals who are willing to take on new challenges are preferred.
Design/Build Experience: Experience in Design/Build project delivery is advantageous.
Travel: Willingness to travel is required.
Qualifications:
Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience with complex building electrical systems in the commercial and institutional sector.
Licensing: Must be a Registered Professional Engineer with a Tennessee P.E. license or the ability to obtain one.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Revit is required.
Planning and Organizational Skills: Necessary for handling simultaneous projects.
