• Lead and develop planning andpurchasingteamsacross multiple locations establishing governance decision rights escalation paths and consistent performance routines across sites.
• Lead enterprise-wide ERP system transformation initiatives driving process optimization stakeholder engagement change management and successful adoption ofnew technologysolutions.
• DriveIBPprocesses that align demand supply inventory capacity and financial targets from corporate forecasts to plant-level execution.
• LeadS&OPandS&OEprocessesidentifyingconstraints driving tradeoff decisionsmonitoringperformance against plan and ensuring effective recovery actions across sites.
• Oversee supply demand and capacity planning while standardizing planning practices and improving planning tools and data accuracy across the network.
• Provide functional leadership topurchasingteams ensuring purchasing strategies and execution align with business plans while strengthening supplier engagement and accountability.
• Own supplier continuity risk mitigation inventory strategy and working capital improvement initiatives to support operational and financial performance.
• Partner across operations finance quality and engineering to drive one-plan alignment decision clarity andoperationalexcellence.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

• 10 years of supply chain experience.

• 5 years of leadership experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred.

• Proven success implementing IBP S&OP and S&OE processes.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across geographically diverse sites.

• Experience leading planningpurchasing supplier performance inventory and cost initiatives within a multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environment.

• Ability to build strong partnerships across operations finance quality engineering and leadership teams.

• Demonstrated success translating strategic plans into operational execution and measurable results.
