Position Summary:
The Senior Developer builds and delivers core platform services on native AWS. This role is responsible for implementing complex features maintaining code quality mentoring developers and leveraging AI-assisted development tooling throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex cloud-native features and services on AWS.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews testing and development best practices.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical decisions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Amazon Q Developer across the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot optimize and harden production services.
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts (BAs) to refine and deliver stories.
Minimum Experience:
- 7 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native development on AWS.
- Experience with automated testing and secure coding.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages/frameworks and CI/CD.
