Position Summary:

The Senior Developer builds and delivers core platform services on native AWS. This role is responsible for implementing complex features maintaining code quality mentoring developers and leveraging AI-assisted development tooling throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex cloud-native features and services on AWS.
  • Maintain code quality through code reviews testing and development best practices.
  • Mentor developers and contribute to technical decisions.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Amazon Q Developer across the SDLC.
  • Troubleshoot optimize and harden production services.
  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts (BAs) to refine and deliver stories.

Minimum Experience:

  • 7 years of software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native development on AWS.
  • Experience with automated testing and secure coding.
  • Proficiency with modern programming languages/frameworks and CI/CD.
