Sr. Data Science Leader – iCloud

This leader will build and guide a high-impact organization that shapes product strategy drives business outcomes and elevates decision-making through rigorous data-informed role calls for a strategic leader who pairs deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and who can translate complex data into clear measurable product and business impact while driving alignment across senior stakeholders.

The Sr. Data Science Leader will oversee and grow a team of senior data scientists and managers responsible for analytics experimentation modeling and data-driven insights that directly influence iCloud product experiences and business will partner closely with Product Engineering Design and Business leaders to define success metrics guide long-term roadmaps and embed data science deeply into product development. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership you will bring clarity to complex problems drive prioritization across competing initiatives and influence executive decisions with well-structured evidence-based role operates at both strategic and execution levels. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity setting direction in complex problem spaces and balancing immediate product impact with long-term capability building.

Lead organizational transformation: Champion a culture that balances data-driven rigor with informed intuition in decision-making helping teams across iCloud integrate data science insights into product and business the data science vision: Establish the long-term strategy for analytics experimentation and machine learning across iCloud and Enterprise domains ensuring statistical rigor and scalable data science practices that support product and business product and business impact through data: Guide large-scale experimentation causal inference predictive modeling and optimization efforts that inform product direction engagement growth and enterprise executive decision-making: Partner closely with Product Engineering Design and Business leaders to define success metrics shape roadmaps evaluate trade-offs and guide strategic decisions through data-driven data science capabilities across the organization: Establish best practices for analytical rigor experimentation and insight generation while enabling teams to work effectively with large datasets and scalable data infrastructure.

10 years of experience in data science analytics or applied machine learning.n5 years of experience leading and scaling data science teams including managing track record supporting product development in large-scale consumer or enterprise foundation in statistics experimentation design causal inference and machine learning working with large complex datasets and modern data with large-scale experimentation recommendation systems personalization growth analytics or optimization at overseeing large-scale data science initiatives and cross-functional data infrastructure degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related quantitative communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical ability to operate effectively in ambiguous complex environments and set clear direction.
