Senior Client Manager - Commercial Lines

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Client Manager specializing in Commercial Lines to join a team. This is a temp-to-perm position with a strong likelihood of transitioning to a permanent role in the near future. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license and have a proven track record in managing commercial lines accounts. This is an onsite role offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing expert guidance on insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client needs.
• Conduct policy reviews identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions to meet client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals renewals and other client-facing documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and other stakeholders.

• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Proven experience in managing commercial lines accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
