Privately held manufacturer of engineered to order capital equipment has an immediate need for a Sr Buyer.

Profile: (2 Client Needs)

Negotiation of all terms & conditions for major commodities (Metals - Plate Tube Bar and key engineered componentsetc
Understanding of make-buy analysis ROI and ability to create a business case
Indirect consumable understanding and management
Ability to work with Engineering Operations and Sales.
Prefer a BS degree and prior experience as a Buyer in a manufacturingenvironment.
Prefer prior metals knowledge.
