About the Team

About the Role

Collaborate with other stakeholder groups to analyze and translate simple-to-complex business problems and needs into solutions. Ensure technical requirements are understood and documented and agreements and alignments are made with business and stakeholder partners. Interact with internal and external technical resources such as developers architects peer business analyst scrum masters and project/program managers to ensure the delivery of key business and technical capabilities. Functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform and related technical areas. Shape requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives. Plan prioritize design develop and deploy new projects & system enhancements. Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met.

Salary Range: $174637 - $202800

About You

Basic Qualifications:
Masters degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or related field and 3 years of experience in a Sr Business Systems Analyst role or related occupation.

3 years (36 months) of experience with Salesforce;

3 years (36 months) of experience in Agile methodology; and

3 years (36 months) of experience with work management tools such as Jira.

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
