The Senior Business Analyst supports strategic operational and financial initiatives across a large multi-specialty medical group. This role analyzes clinical operational financial and patient experience data to identify trends improve performance optimize workflows and support organizational decision-making. The Business Analyst partners with clinical leaders practice administrators physicians finance teams and IT staff to develop actionable insights that improve quality efficiency patient satisfaction and financial outcomes. is a subject matter expert in healthcare analytics business intelligence performance management and process improvement while leading analytical initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Finance Economics Information Systems Data Analytics or related field.

Experience with Epic Cerner or other healthcare information systems. Knowledge of SQL Power BI Tableau or healthcare analytics platforms. Experience with physician compensation wRVU analysis revenue cycle analytics or value-based care initiatives. Lean Six Sigma or project management certification preferred.
