Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our growing this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining our SQL databases to support our healthcare operations. You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain SQL databases to support our healthcare operations
- Collaborate with IT team to optimize database performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Create and maintain data models and data dictionaries
- Monitor database performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate data controls and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide data solutions to support their operations
- Stay up-to-date with new database technologies and trends to continuously improve our data management processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Familiarity with healthcare data and HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
