Job Summary

Duration: 9 Months Contract (Hybrid)

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Sprinklr Configuration/System Administrator Consultant to support and optimize our use of the Sprinklr platform across social media customer experience and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sprinklr administration configuration and integration and will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that Sprinklr tools and workflows align with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • This role will focus on Sprinklr configuration for both reactive issues troubleshooting as well as continuous improvement of business programs.
  • You will design launch and maintain Sprinklr workflows and operational improvements spanning system governance automated case workflows and ML models (collaborating with BizTech) vendor operations (collaborating with GVO) custom metrics and dashboards (collaborating with Performance Lead & ADS) and FTE enablement (knowledge training DiRT).
  • You partner closely with Social Media Comms Managers / Product Leads to enable their external communication work internal reporting needs and drive efficiencies in operations. You will also serve as the main POC for the Sprinklr relationship - delegating Sprinklr issues & configuration work to their Managed Services consultant.

Experience:
  • Proven experience with designing testing and implementing complex Sprinklr configurations and tooling optimizations
  • Prior experience as a system admin in Sprinklr specifically within Sprinklrs Care Product
  • 4-5 years of experience in Project Management Sprinklr Configuration and Sprinklr System Admin
  • Ability to design launch standardize and optimize operational processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability (e.g. tool development automation major changes to vendor operational)
  • Strong analytical skills to track operational trends identify improvement opportunities and implement changes that have a major operational impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels including internal cross functional teams (e.g. BizTech GVO CXO CSO) vendor teams and leadership.
  • Proactive Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues escalating when necessary and streamlining processes to eliminate recurring problems misalignments and inefficiencies.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance to achieve program goals and contribute to team success.
  • Deep understanding of Social & Community Operations and its workstreams including related areas within the organization and in the larger business environment.
