Job Summary
What you will do
Perform service repairs and inspections on sprinkler systems for commercial industrial and residential applications. These include but are not limited to wet back flow dry pre-action deluge and fire pumps.
Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures refer to technical manuals interpret blueprints diagrams submittals and schematics.
Electronically complete Service Requests with proper coding and obtain customers signature.
Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation.
What we look for
Required
4 years of documents experience in Fire Sprinkler/Pipefitter industry.
TQP License OR enough hours to obtain.
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints submittals and operational/product manuals.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions.
Ability to work flexible hours which may include weekends to meet customer requirements.
Occasional paid overnight travel
Ability to adhere to implement and prioritize safety guidelines and procedures.
Possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record that meets company requirements.
Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
NICET Level II desired and encouraged but not required.
Pay Range: $32.00 - 43.00 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
