Job Summary
The Customer Success Intern supports the Customer Success team by providing excellent service document setup and collaboration. You will create implement and tag customer documents to meet their document setup needs ensuring accuracy before filing deadlines.
What Youll Do
Create and implement customer documents using industry-leading software
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Product Management Sales Marketing Engineering and Finance
Apply XBRL tagging information to financial statements and statement footnotes
Tie-out XBRL tagging information within financial statements and statement footnotes to ensure accuracy prior to filing deadline
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
What Youll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program preferably in Business Accounting or a related program
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community school or other programs
Professional outgoing energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Attention to detail and follow-through are required
Technically savvy and demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel Word Google Docs etc
Experience using Excel Word Google Docs and similar word processing programs
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely not in a Workiva office
Minimal travel
