Spring 2027 Intern Communications & Culture Programs

The Culture & Communications Intern plays a vital role in shaping the employee experience by supporting initiatives that foster connection and engagement. This person will collaborate across HR Marketing and internal teams to amplify our employer brand and keep our global workforce informed and inspired.

• Internal Communications: Draft edit and publish engaging content for internal channels to keep teams informed on company news benefits and cultural initiatives.

• Employee Engagement & Events: Support the planning coordination and execution of virtual and in-person employee events town halls and team-building activities.

• Culture & Recognition: Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones.

• Feedback & Analytics: Help administer and analyze pulse surveys or post-event feedback to gauge employee sentiment and measure the success of internal campaigns.

What Youll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program preferably in Business Human Resource Management Psychology or a related program

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

• Self-motivated with strong propensity for action results and continuous improvement

• The ability to work successfully in a high-energy fast-paced rapidly changing environment

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes programs and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

• Minimal travel

• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
