How youll contribute

ASpeech Language Pathologist (SLP)who excels in this role will:

• Evaluate and treat patient populations for swallowing speech-language and therapy needs.

• Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patients condition.
  

• Design and implement a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
  

• Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
  

• Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services.
  

• Supervise activities of clinical fellows students and other support personnel.

  What were looking for:

  Applicants must hold a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Additional requirements include:

• 
  Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with TX Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
  

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
