Job Responsibilities: Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language communication cognitive and swallowing disorders in patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings Provide therapy focused on speech cognition and dysphagia management Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Requirements
Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 years preferred Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric setting is a plus Strong clinical and communication skills
