In this per diem role (1-2 days per week) you will evaluate and treat adult patients with speech language voice and swallowing disorders developing individualized care plans to improve communication and functional outcomes. Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering evidence-based therapy. CFYs are encouraged to apply.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication cognitive function and swallowing for patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments using subjective evaluations and objective tests to determine patient needs and treatment goals
• Monitor patient progress adjust treatment plans as needed and document outcomes to ensure optimal rehabilitation results
• Collaborate with healthcare teams educate patients and families and consult with physicians to support effective treatment and care coordination

• Current Georgia license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain license
• Recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists encouraged to apply
• Must be familiar with treating adults with neurological conditions for all speech needs including cognitive therapy language and swallowing.

Compensation: $50-$52/hour 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
