Trinity Health of New England is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team in our rehabilitation department at Mercy Medical Center.
The Speech Language Pathologist is member of a comprehensive care team who identifies appropriate long- and short-term goals and develops treatment plans to respond to those goals for patients with mild-moderate cognitive deficit among other neurological disorders. This per diem position will provide coverage for acute rehab conductng speech and swallowing assessments.
What will you do:
- Performs comprehensive evaluations.
- Establishes functional goals based upon evaluation results targeting deficit areas to help patients achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
- Provides professional interaction with patients family members interdisciplinary team members and other staff members and colleagues.
- completes all documentation in accordance with professional organizational and regulatory compliance standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program with a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- State of Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology Licensure

Pay Range: $36.40 - $58.25
Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
