About the Role

Hello SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions near Golden CO. Youll support K12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students academic success while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment. The role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

What Youll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K12 school setting

• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

• Support students with articulation language fluency and social communication

• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

• Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  

What Were Looking For

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• School-based experience preferred but not required
